Measurement Services

MDC offers measurement services based on the equipment and software that we manufacture.  Whether to supplement in-house measurements or to verify equipment operation, MDC can provide these measurements:

• C-V plotting for semiconductor devices

• Dit tests for MOS devices

• CVBT tests for mobile ion measurements

• TVS tests for high sensitivity mobile ion measurements and ionic species detection

• Dielectric Constant tests for dielectrics

• Current-Voltage and GOI measurements for insulators

• Doping Profile tests for implants, epi, semi-insulating, HEMT, and bulk material

 Difficult to measure devices are our specialty!
